Coleen Goodwin

Coleen Goodwin, owner of the Baby Place Birth Center, was a practitioner of the time honored, woman-centered art of the traditional midwife for over 25 years.  While practicing, she personally attended over 1400 births and trained many midwives on their journey to become Certified Professional Midwives.

Married with eight children, and 16 grandchildren, Coleen’s supportive husband, Brent, takes care of all of the construction and remodeling of the ever-expanding Baby Place Birth Center and whenever possible, they are together.
